United Recovery Project is seeking a professional, dedicated, and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our outstanding Clinical Team. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of mental health disorders, and have the skills and compassion necessary to work in this environment. Core Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist
- Responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy
- Conducts psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
- Collaborates with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.
- Assists in coordinating discharge planning.
- Provides structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment.
- Maintains communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.
- Works as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Promotes a positive morale and maintain professional composure.
Pay Range $50,000 to $75,000 annually commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Qualifications of the Primary Therapist
- Computer literacy required.
- A minimum of 2-year experience working in Mental Health required.
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field required.
- Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Florida required.
- KIPU EMR knowledge preferred.
- Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred.
- Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check.
